I recently connected with California-based clothing company Edgevale through Instagram. I had been eying their goods for a while, and lucked out and was able to scoop a few things, and I couldn't be more excited. All their products are designed, tested and manufactured in California.
The Chambray workshirt is an instant classic. I havn't had it for long, but I've been wearing the crap out of it. It holds up great while hustling in the woodshop, trekking through the woods or bellying up to the bar. I might need to add a second to my wardrobe.
Their Cast Iron shorts are another piece getting a lot of wear. Made from a heavy duck cotton (they can take a serious beating), they also feature a special reinforced pocket gusset to hold pesky wear and tear at bay from keeping your knife in your pocket. On top of all that - they're the perfect length, landing a few inches above my knee.
The Keep on Ramblin' Pocket tee is exceptionally soft and comes in a great lean cut. It feels like an old favorite you've had a decade right out of the box. Plus it features their awesome camper truck logo emblazoned on the pocket tee.
and then there's the North Coast Shirt Jacket. This thing rocks. The perfect weight for shoulder seasons / winter in these southern states. Wind and water resistant, trim silhouette, this is the best shirt jacket/overshirt/shacket/etc I've come across. Wish I had this during my and Kay's summer on the road.
If you havn't already, head over to EdgevaleUSA.com. Their made in USA goods are stylish, functional, and timeless - you won't be disappointed.
Made in Northern California, perfectly at home in South Florida.
